How to Book

Bookings may be made through Email, Facebook or phone.

In all cases details for the show required will need to be discussed by phone a minimum of one week before the show is due to take place. This is to allow time for the show to be tailor made for your booking.

If it becomes necessary for you to cancel the show at least one weeks notice is required.

Payments;-

Payment in cash may be made on the day of the show.

I will also accept cheques or bank transfers but in these cases payment must be made no later than one week prior to the show.

Other methods of payment will need to be agreed prior to the show taking place.

In the very unlikely event that I am unable to attend the show (only one occurence in over 40 years due to unexpected hospitalisation) a full refund will be made as soon as is practically possible.

Charity Bookings

I am available for a limited number of free of charge bookings for registered charities.

These will be considered on a first come - first served basis.

All I ask in return for a free show is that my name is included in any publicity such as posters, programs, flyers, brochures,  newspaper advertisments, newspaper reports of the event as a form of advertising and that I may have the use of any photographs taken!

Please ask for details.

On the day of the show

In order to allow time to set up the shows the following times are necessary;-

Children's show - I will need access to the venue at least one full hour prior to the actual start of the show to set up and prepare everything and 30 to 40 minutes afterwards to pack away.

Family  stage cabaret show - due to the nature of the larger illusions which need to be assembled and tested well before the audience starts to arrive I will need access to the venue at least three hours prior to the start of the show.  This time can vary depending on the illusions involved so arrangements will need to be made well beforehand. At least one hour is needed after the show to clear and pack away.

Help wanted!

When working alone - typically on children's shows, offers of help to carry some of the heavier items wil be very much appreciated particularly if stairs are involved. Much of the equipment is carried on a trolley but this won't do stairs!
